Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases in our area and the lack of available hospital beds, we will not perform installations of new service through at least 10/14/20. We will reassess at that time based on data from Wisc Dept of Health Services.
To continue with the utmost level of safety, our office in Eagle River will continue to remain closed to the public. Pickup/dropoff arrangements can be made for routers, Roku streaming sticks, Netgear Orbis and other devices we keep in stock for purchase. SonicNet's Student Program has ended for the 2019-20 school year. We will reassess the need when fall 2020 school year plan is announced by local districts and colleges and universities.
To make sure our technicians and our customers remain safe, we are implementing specific procedures when installing new service or providing service calls at existing customer sites.
